Oreo cookies & cream pudding cookies
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg (4.2 oz) Cookies and Cream pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies, about 10 Oreo cookies
- 2 Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme chocolate bar, roughly chopped (1.55 oz each).
