Ingredients:
- 4 oz unsalted butter (1 stick – soften)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- a large pinch of salt
