Easy Butter Crisp Cookies

Easy Butter Crisp Cookies.. Wow, these sound fab!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 butter cake mix (18.75 ounces), I prefer Pillsbury with Pudding in the Mix
• 2 cups rice cereal
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 3/4 cup butter, softened (6 ounces).

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. The dough will be stiff.
3. Roll into tight 1″ balls.
4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
6. Enjoy!!
