Easy Butter Crisp Cookies.. Wow, these sound fab!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 butter cake mix (18.75 ounces), I prefer Pillsbury with Pudding in the Mix
- 2 cups rice cereal
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup butter, softened (6 ounces).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. The dough will be stiff.
- Roll into tight 1″ balls.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
